BOSA is launching structured mentorship circles across key cities to strengthen alumni-to-student engagement and career guidance.
Each mentorship circle is hosted by a chapter leadership team and follows a simple monthly format: introductions, topic discussion, Q&A, and follow-up connects.
Alumni can volunteer as mentors or join as participants. Students and young alumni can request support by sharing their batch, city, and interest areas.
The goal is to make mentorship consistent, accessible, and measurable while keeping the community feel intact.
